Living by your brand values

Like so many businesses, we have been using our time during lockdown to plan ahead and re-evaluate what the future looks like.

In 2019 Oak Creative was selected by Kent Invicta Chamber to take part in the Scale Up programme, working with a business coach for 12 months giving us the opportunity to lay solid foundations to grow our business.  These foundations included our core brand values and our brand mission statement, these have been invaluable during this uncertain time. We would encourage everyone to remind themselves of what your brand really stands for and consider your core brand values, to help determine future plans.

I came into this role in February with gallons of ambitions and plans to put into motion. Whilst these have been put on hold for now, it’s a reminder to come back to doing what we do best and why Oak Creative has been a successful business for 30 years.

Like everyone, during the pandemic business owners had to react fast and come up with new or evolved businesses. As the restrictions are beginning to ease, it is now time to take a step back, and re-evaluate what you want your business to be known for.
